Return policy

Biomoneta® is helping protect vulnerable people from infection. Our technology also serves to reduce the contamination of products. We allow a customer to return any product that they may have 1) received damaged, or 2) found to be defective despite use in accordance with the instructions in the manual and general practices relating to electrical products.


We take special care in packaging the device for safe delivery to you. If you receive it damaged, please contact us within three (3) working days of receipt of the device.


If the device has been found to be defective despite use in accordance with the instructions in the manual or general practices relating to electrical products, please contact us within thirty (30) working days of receipt of the device. 


Customers can email us at sales@biomoneta.com for a Return confirmation Number (RCN) and return shipping address. 


Merchandise with an RCN must be dispatched within 5 days of issuance of RCN. Merchandise received at our facility without an RCN clearly marked on the box will not be accepted. Therefore, a credit cannot be issued.


Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned product, provided that the device is returned in the same condition in which it was received. To determine whether the returned device is in the same condition, we will carry out an inspection test upon receipt of the returned device and we will intimate you if the results of our inspection do not warrant a refund. Refund will be made through the same mode of payment.


You will be liable to pay for your own shipping costs for returning the device. 


Shipment Inspection


All shipments have been checked and packaged with care to ensure safe arrival to our customers. However, sometimes packages can become damaged in shipment. If you receive your package damaged, please contact us within 3 (three) business days of receipt of the package.


Important: Please keep the original shipping carton in case an inspection is necessary by the carrier.


Once our office has been notified of the damaged package, we will generate a shipping label to return the package to us at no additional cost to you. Please be sure to include the RCN on the outside of the package, as packages received at our facility without an RCN clearly marked on the box will not be accepted.


Note: Given our product demands, our inventory for your product is subject to change. As always, you will receive a confirmation when your replacement product has shipped.
